Helping the Homeless

Helping the homeless seems to be just a holiday sport, but these forgotten souls are in need year round. Many do not go to the shelters during winter weather and perish in the cold nights around America with little or no notice by the general public.
I know many of them, and try to help when I can. Hot meals, warm clothing and Proper shelter is needed to survive our cold winters. They try to survive in paper thin hand crafted tents in the woods, or cardboard boxes under bridges, I know one large group that have lasted for four years in the woods behind Walmart not far from my home. They need medical attention, encouragement & warm shelter.
I take them food and fuel for their makeshift stoves, sleeping bags & warm clothing, such as winter coats, gloves, and thermal socks.
Many have mental issues that keep them from communicating to others their needs.
They are Uncles, Brothers, Sisters, Mothers or Dads to someone and not just stray dogs. Billionaires Wanted for helping these lost spirits.
The city of Charlotte where I live, has over 5,000 homeless alone, I can only help a few, the local shelter helps only a few hundred. There is a great gap to be filled.
